To create an objective ranking of the best executive search firms in America, Forbes Magazine considered over 18,000 executive search firms that were nominated by decision makers, hiring managers, candidates and recruiters. The list ranks the best 200 executive search firms. The list of top firms is published each year to recognize preeminent firms across the country. Forbes partnered with market research provider, Statista to gather the market data and compile their annual list.
